Leadership
An operating platform is only as strong as the people who build and run it. Nova is led by a team with decades of experience developing, financing and operating energy and infrastructure across Nigeria.
Our Team
Behind the platform is a team that has spent decades building, financing and operating energy and infrastructure in Nigeria and beyond, bringing together more than a century of combined experience across the functions this sector requires.
Generation, distribution and solar systems designed, built and commissioned to international standards.
In-house O&M that keeps assets running at high availability, the discipline that separates operating businesses from prototypes.
Capital raising, project finance and commercial structuring built around long-term, creditworthy offtake.
Deep familiarity with Nigeria’s licensing and policy landscape, and the partnerships that turn projects into operating assets.
