Our Businesses
Nova Utilities operates through focused operating companies, each addressing a different part of Nigeria’s power challenge, from reliable supply for business and industry to the country’s first floating solar.
Sapio Utilities
Sapio designs, builds and operates captive and embedded power systems for commercial and industrial users, combining solar, battery storage and gas to match each site’s load, budget and growth. Captive plants serve a single site; embedded systems share a private mini-grid across a community of users. Sapio also facilitates CNG access for industrial users and fleets operating away from the pipeline grid.

Floating Solar Company
Floating Solar Company developed Nigeria’s first floating solar farm, generating clean power from the surface of the Lekki Lagoon. It is an engineering first for the country and a template for land-free solar across coastal West Africa.
